Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 5 to 10 days before the scheduled arrival will receive a 50% refund.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 5 days of the arrival date.
Changes & Modifications:
- Date changes will incur a 15% charge on the total booking amount.
- Change in the primary guest’s name will be subject to a 5% fee of the total booking value.
- Downgrading the room category will also attract a 5% charge on the total booking amount.
Additional Terms & Conditions:
- The mentioned rates do not include applicable taxes; GST will be charged separately as per prevailing rates.
- For triple occupancy, any guest above 6 years of age will be considered an extra person and will be charged accordingly (including mattress).
- Bookings must be made in the name of the main guest who is required to be part of the traveling group. If the main guest is unable to travel and a name change is required, a fee of ₹1500 + 18% GST will apply.
- All refund requests must be submitted via email.
- Refunds will be processed only through bank transfer, and the process may take up to 21 working days from the date the refund request is received.
